1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Discord bot provided by opacity6585 ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

The Bot provides features including but not limited to moderation tools, music playback, games, and other interactive features currently in development.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot.
• Do not use the Bot for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• You may not attempt to exploit or disrupt the Bot or its services.

4. Data Handling

The Bot temporarily stores deleted messages, reactions, and edited messages in memory, which is automatically cleared after approximately two hours. Moderation history and user relationship data are stored by Discord user ID and kept in JSON files.

5. Third-Party Services

The Bot may integrate with third-party APIs such as Last.fm. By using these features, you agree to the terms of those third-party services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to deny access to the Bot at any time for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on https://opacity6585.dev. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the updated terms.

This bot is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The Weeknd, XO, Republic Records, or any of their subsidiaries. "Starboy" is a registered trademark of its respective owner.
